ForaCare has recently completed an update of the FORA® 24/7 HealthView Telehealth System adding several new features providing additional remote patient monitoring benefits for physicians or caregivers.
The three new main functions include:
- Action log
- Billing reports
- Messaging
Each patient profile now has an action log page. This allows physicians to record their actions interacting with each patient and the minutes spent taking that action. For reimbursement purposes, group managers (or physicians) can run billing reports related to remote patient monitoring codes 99453, 99454, 99457, and 99458.
Plus, the messaging system has been updated for better communication. Physicians and patients can interact through messages and questionnaires within the 24/7 HealthView system.
